The Ministry of Planning and Development of the Region and the Trans-Baikal Territory Development Corporation held a round table dedicated to the implementation of projects to create industrial parks and technology parks using government support mechanisms.Subsidies from the federal budget are provided for co-financing or reimbursement for the construction of parks.
Representatives of Key Partner LLC, which supports projects to create industrial and technology parks, spoke in detail about the opportunities for participation in existing support programs.In a video conference format, investors implementing or planning to implement projects in the Trans-Baikal Territory asked experts questions and discussed their plans.Deputy Minister for Planning and Development of Transbaikalia Lyudmila Kovalchuk spoke about the potential of the region.
“Today, two large industrial parks are being built in Transbaikalia: “Kadalinsky” and “Stroyprom”.We can build a similar park in Krasnokamensk.On behalf of the regional governor, Alexander Osipov, we, together with the Trans-Baikal Territory Development Corporation and the Key Partner company, organized a meeting with our long-time partners who have already proven themselves in our region,” said Lyudmila Kovalchuk.
The Deputy Minister added that in the second quarter of the year an application will be submitted to participate in the federal competition to receive funds for the construction of an industrial park in Krasnokamensk.
I.o.Denis Strygin, General Director of the Trans-Baikal Territory Development Corporation, presented a list of land plots in Chita that are optimally suitable for locating business and technology parks.
“Together with experts from the Key Partner company, representatives of the region’s business community, financial institutions and investors, we reviewed the most important instruments of government support for the creation of technology parks and business parks.After the meeting, we were convinced of the readiness of the region and business to begin new infrastructure development projects,” explained Denis Strygin.
Recall that Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the creation of at least 10 industrial parks and technology parks in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic by 2030, this follows from the list of instructions following the results of the Eastern Economic Forum, which was held in September 2025.
“Taking into account previously given instructions, ensure the creation by 2030 in the territory of the Far Eastern Federal District and the land territories of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation of at least 10 industrial parks, technology parks and business parks to accommodate small and medium-sized businesses carrying out production activities in the areas of national technological priorities, as well as companies included in their cooperation chains,” says the list of instructions published on the Kremlin website.
