The Trans-Baikal Territory Development Corporation is assisting with the recruitment of employees for Rosneft gas stations.

The Regional Development Corporation held a meeting with 11 candidates for Rosneft gas station operator positions. Most of them are students from the Chita College of Industrial Technologies and Business. The students admit that their main motivation is the opportunity for official employment and part-time work during the summer. Today, the students will learn about their duties at the gas station, including assisting with refueling cars, distributing drinking water to customers, and working with a special chatbot that monitors fuel dispensing for eligible citizens.

Nine more candidates will meet today. A total of approximately 50 responses have been received from potential employees.

Due to increased workload, the company requires 14 gas station operators.

"We are currently providing advisory support to future Rosneft employees and conducting preliminary questionnaires to attract as many people as possible." "We then collect these questionnaires and forward them to our colleagues at Rosneft, who then conduct a more in-depth and thorough selection process," noted Svetlana Rekina, HR Manager at the Transbaikal Development Corporation.

Operators work on a 2/2 shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Employees are provided with free transportation from their homes to their workplace and back.
